I am walking to support people living with mental challenges, their families, and carers.
This October, we will be participating in the Wellness Walk. We are hoping to raise funds to help One Door Mental Health raise awareness and support people living with mental challenges, their families, and carers.
Crossing Sydney Harbour Bridge signifies bridging the gap by moving from stigma to understanding. Gathering together demonstrates fellowship, union, and care for the people we support. The act of walking reflects that living with mental challenges is a step-by-step, one-step-at-a-time process.
Any donation, big or small, would be appreciated and go towards helping people be the best version of themselves.

Why Supporting Mental Health Matters to Me 💚
Friday 3rd OctOver the years, I’ve come to realise how important it is to truly check in on the people around us — and ourselves.
Mental health isn’t something you can always see. Some of the strongest, most inspiring people I know have fought battles silently, with a smile on their face and the weight of the world on their shoulders. It’s reminded me that kindness, patience, and empathy matter more than we often realise.
Supporting mental health means creating a space where it’s okay to not be okay. It means reminding others — and ourselves — that we’re not alone. That reaching out for help is brave, not weak. And that sometimes, the smallest gesture can make the biggest difference.
I’m committed to being someone who listens. Someone who checks in. Someone who reminds others that their feelings are valid and that brighter days are ahead.
Mental health matters. Let’s keep talking about it, supporting each other, and breaking the stigma — together.
You never know who needs to hear, “I’m here for you.”
