Wellness Walk 2025
As part of Mental Health Month, the Wellness Walk is a family-friendly bridge walk promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
For over ten years, this event has raised more than $500,000 for essential mental health supports for Australians facing mental health challenges.
Walk with us to show your support for the hundreds of thousands of people experiencing mental health challenges, including those who aren’t getting the help they need in their community.

Join the Bridge Walk
This October, as we walk across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, we commit to bridging the gaps in mental health support - so everyone can access the help they need, when they need it.
Participants can choose to walk 2km around the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens or 5.9km across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and back. Upon return, they are welcomed to a vibrant festival at Government House, filled with engaging activities to celebrate their collective efforts.
