I am walking to support people living with mental illness, their families, and carers.
This October, I will be participating in the Wellness Walk. I am hoping to raise funds to help One Door Mental Health raise awareness and support people living with mental illness, their families, and carers.
I will be walking in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, as I will not be able to join the team who will be Crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the 9th October. I recently enjoyed a holiday in the NT and walked part of the Larrapinta Trail. The act of walking reflects that living with mental illness is a step-by-step, one-step-at-a-time process.
I am about to celebrate my first year of joining One Door Mental Health as their CFO, and ask you to support me and the organisation by providing a donation, any donation, big or small, will be appreciated and go towards helping people be the best version of themselves.
