Saturday 1st Oct It has been a few years since doing the Wellness Walk, which I'd do with my lovely friend R and family.Walking comes naturally to me; even alone, after midnight, in a storm, or with heavy bags. So, I walk (and even run, train and dance) knowing that there are those out there fighting for the will to move before they get to taste the happiness that even a few steps can give.
I thus dedicate my walk purely to those who truly struggle.
