I am walking to support people living with mental illness, their families, and carers.
This October, I will be participating in the Wellness Walk. I am hoping to raise funds to help One Door Mental Health raise awareness and support people living with mental illness, their families, and carers.
The act of walking reflects that living with mental illness is a step-by-step, one-step-at-a-time process.
Any donation, big or small, would be appreciated and go towards helping people be the best version of themselves.
