I am walking to support people living with mental challenges, their families, and carers.
This October, we will be participating in the Wellness Walk. We are hoping to raise funds to help One Door Mental Health raise awareness and support people living with mental challenges, their families, and carers.
Crossing Sydney Harbour Bridge signifies bridging the gap by moving from stigma to understanding. Gathering together demonstrates fellowship, union, and care for the people we support. The act of walking reflects that living with mental challenges is a step-by-step, one-step-at-a-time process.Ā
Any donation, big or small, would be appreciated and go towards helping people be the best version of themselves.
